What is Rootsy?

Rootsy is an online marketplace connecting independent Canadian sellers with buyers across Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Who am I buying from?

When you purchase through Rootsy, you are buying directly from the independent seller listed on the product page. Sellers provide their product information and are responsible for preparing and fulfilling their orders.

Rootsy provides the marketplace and coordinates checkout, payments, shipping services and support. Rootsy does not manufacture or warehouse the products, and deliveries are handled by third-party carriers.

Are all products made in Canada?

Not necessarily. Supporting Canadian sellers does not mean every product is manufactured in Canada. Check each product listing for its origin and any “Made in Canada” information.

What if I buy from different sellers?

Items from different sellers may arrive separately and have different delivery timelines and return eligibility. Review each listing and your checkout details before purchasing.
