2. Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

3. Click the shopping cart icon at the top of the website.

5. Adjust quantities or remove unwanted items if necessary.

6. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

You will be directed to Rootsy's checkout page.

Step 2: Review Your Contact Information

On the checkout page, review the Email field.

Make sure the email address is accurate and accessible, as it may be used for order-related communications.

You will also see an Order Notes field where you can provide additional relevant information about your purchase.

Please note that order notes do not guarantee special shipping or delivery arrangements.

Step 3: Add or Select Your Delivery Address

Under DELIVERY INFORMATION, select an existing address or click + ADD DELIVERY ADDRESS.

When adding a new address, complete the applicable fields:

1. First Name: Enter your first name.

2. Last Name: Enter your last name.

3. Phone No: Provide your contact telephone number.

4. Address Line 1: Enter your street address.

5. Address Line 2: Add your apartment, unit, or other address details if applicable.

6. Delivery Instructions: Enter relevant access instructions, such as a buzzer number or building entrance details.

7. Province: Select your province.

8. City: Select your city.

9. Postal Code: Enter your postal code.

10. Click SAVE DELIVERY DETAILS.

You may also see the option Billing Address is same as Delivery Address. Select this option if both addresses are the same.

Important: Check your delivery address carefully before making payment. Inaccurate addresses can result in delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges.

Step 4: Apply a Coupon Code (Optional)

If you have a valid Rootsy promotional code:

1. Locate the Add Coupon section in the Order Summary.

2. Enter your code in the Coupon code field.

3. Click APPLY COUPON.

4. Review the updated order summary if the coupon is accepted.

Coupons and discounts are subject to their individual eligibility requirements, validity periods, and promotional terms.

Step 5: Review Shipping Charges and Taxes

Once your delivery address has been saved, Rootsy displays the applicable order charges.

Your Order Summary may include:

• Shipping charges

• Applicable sales taxes

• Final order total

Shipping charges may depend on the seller's location, your delivery destination, package weight and dimensions, and available shipping services.

All displayed prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Step 6: Accept Rootsy's Terms and Policies

Before completing your purchase, review the policies linked during checkout, including:

Select the checkbox confirming your agreement to the applicable terms and policies.
