Individual sellers on Rootsy may offer discounted product prices or special offers. This guide explains how discounts work, how to review seller offers, and how to use the coupon field if an eligible promotional code is available.

Who Offers Discounts on Rootsy?

Discounts on Rootsy are currently provided by individual sellers.

Sellers may offer special pricing or discounts on selected products. Rootsy itself does not currently issue marketplace-wide buyer promotional codes or discounts.

Although a coupon code field appears during checkout, this does not mean that Rootsy-wide coupon codes are currently available.

Any discount or promotional code must be valid for the applicable offer and eligible products.

Step 1: Add Products to Your Shopping Cart

1. Visit www.rootsy.ca.

2. Browse products and select the items you wish to purchase.

3. Click ADD TO CART on the product page.

4. Open your shopping cart using the cart icon at the top of the website.

5. Review your selected products and quantities.

6. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

Step 2: Find the Coupon Code Field

On the checkout page:

1. Locate the Order Summary section on the right-hand side.

2. Find the Add Coupon area.

3. Enter your promotional code in the field labelled Coupon code.

Step 3: Apply Your Coupon

1. Enter the promotional code exactly as provided.

2. Click APPLY COUPON.

3. Check whether the coupon has been accepted.

If the coupon is not accepted, review the message displayed and check the promotional terms.
