1. What Is the Rootsy Six-Month Free Trial?

Eligible new sellers receive a free trial lasting six months (180 days) when activating a Rootsy seller subscription.

The trial is available with Rootsy's three subscription plans:

2. How Do I Activate My Free Trial?

To activate your trial:

1. Visit www.rootsy.ca.

2. Begin or complete the seller registration process.

3. Provide the required business, identity, store, and banking information.

4. Complete the applicable onboarding and account-security steps.

5. Review the available seller subscription plans.

6. Select Starter, Growth, or Pro.

7. Continue to the Stripe subscription checkout.

8. Enter a valid supported payment method.

9. Review the free-trial and post-trial billing terms.

10. Click Start trial to activate your subscription.

Once activated, access to selling features is subject to any remaining verification or account requirements.

For monthly billing, the current subscription fees are:

• Starter: $14.99 CAD per month.

• Growth: $29.99 CAD per month.

• Pro: $39.99 CAD per month.

Applicable taxes may be added where required.

If you selected yearly billing, review the annual pricing and renewal terms presented during subscription checkout.

7. Can I Cancel Before My Trial Ends?
